I hope you are having a "Happy" Day!
I made this very simple card using products from the latest release at Frantic Stamper. I am using the Optical Circle along with the "happy" die sentiment.
As always, I started this card with my distress oxide background, using Broken China, Peacock Feathers and Blueprint Sketch on watercolour paper. I die cut the optical circle and the sentiment in the white and attached the circle using foam dots. I lightly sponged on some of the Peacock Feather to the sentiment, then glued it to the Optical Circle and finished the card with a few sequins.
