Ladybug Birthday

Most countries have a day they mark to celebrate a "National Day" Here in Canada we have Canada Day, and in the USA they celebrate Independence Day. Britain has British National Day and on it goes. So, in order to be all inclusive, Splitcoaststampers and the Clean and Simple Challenge are celebrating the colours of Red, White and Blue. My card pretty well covers it, with the blue being in the ladybugs and the sentiment. I dare say, the sentiment would normally be black, but I prefer the blue, so I have Canada's Red and White covered!  I partially stenciled my background with Tim Holtz Barn Door Distress Ink. For my ladybugs, I die cut using navy and red cardstock and applied the navy dots with my marker and the white with my gel pen. The ladybugs are styled and on foam dots and my sentiment is stamped with Tim Holtz Distress Inks Chipped Sapphire. A few sequins finished my card. Thanks for looking today.
